My name is Kolben Bussell, and I am the founder of Daily Discipleship.

I've always wanted to make an impact on the world in some way, but never knew how. I didn't know my purpose. That was until I met my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

​

Jesus opened my eyes and gave me my purpose. What's my purpose? you may ask. Well, it's the same purpose that God intended for everyone to have: bring glory to Him in everything we do.

​

So now that I knew my purpose, I had to figure out how I was going to fulfill it. At the time, my brother and I had been sending each other a "challenge of the day" every morning. We sent these to push each other to become better disciples, and grow our relationship with the Lord. One day, I was brainstorming ideas for how I was going to fulfill my purpose, and that's when I realized that it wasn't just my brother and I who needed these challenges. The whole world needs that extra push to be a disciple of Jesus.

 

Throughout the process of building Daily Discipleship from the ground up, God blessed me with ideas, funds, and so much more. However, what I am the most grateful for is the amazing, supportive family and friends He gave me. I couldn't have done it without them, and will forever be thankful.

I pray that God will use Daily Discipleship to reach people from all over the world, making them stronger followers of Him. If there's one thing I want to see in the future, it's a movement. With all of the separation and hatred in the world today, a movement is what it needs.
